Crowded Calendar

B2B direct mail

Emails get deleted.
Boxes get opened.

We help B2B companies fill their calendar with meetings using creative direct mail campaigns.

The problem

Think about how you buy.

  • You ignore the emails,
  • skip the voicemails,
  • and delete the LinkedIn requests without opening them.

The companies you want as customers are doing the same thing to you.

It's nothing personal and it has nothing to do with your offer.

So we send your prospects something physical instead.

A gift, addressed to exactly the decision maker you want to target. It shows up at their office in packaging they cannot ignore.

They open it, because everybody opens a box.

The package

What ends up in the box.

One object somebody can read in two seconds and a handwritten card to match.

An orange bubble mailer with a framed Google search result showing a restaurant ranked first, and a card reading "We can get you here in 90 days."
Commercial cleaning company
A pink bubble mailer with a framed white glove, dirty at the fingertips, under a plaque reading "We wiped this on your lobby glass."
Marketing agency
An orange bubble mailer with a framed LEADERS magazine cover starring the prospect, and a handwritten note addressed to the prospect by name.

Questions we get.

How do you make sure the addresses are correct?

We build every list by hand, one contact at a time. Then we use Google Maps Street View to double-check that each address is the prospect's real office, so no package goes to waste.

What are the meeting rates on doing this?

Direct mail typically books meetings with 5% to 20% of the people who get a package. That means even a small 50-package campaign can put several new meetings on your calendar.

Why couldn't we just do cold email and save money?

Direct mail costs more at the start, but almost no one else is doing it. That's why it books way more meetings, even with people who ignore cold emails from you and your competitors. Landing just one of those clients can pay for the whole campaign.

What happens after the packages are sent? How do you follow up?

We set up a mini cold email campaign to follow up multiple times with each prospect who received the package, and we can add follow-up calls as an optional upgrade.

How many packages is a typical campaign?

We send anywhere from 25 to 500+ packages per campaign. We recommend starting small with 50 to 100, then scaling up once we see what works best.

Your competitors are all in the same inbox. None of them are on the desk.
